Disappointed that new garage door motor failed and prevented me going to very important occasion . But rang Steve Howe customer services Manager who despite it being Friday evening reassured me that he would help. Although out of hours he identified the original engineer Gary who I spoke to and promised to report it Saturday morning when he was back on duty. But who then did not contact me or respond to any communication from me throughout Saturday. After messaging Steve again I had prompt reply telling me what action he had taken and to come back to him if there was still a problem. First thing Monday I had call from Wudhouse to tell me an engineer would attend that morning. Followed by call to say engineer on his way. Rhys the engineer was courteous and apologetic explaining that they had experienced a bad batch of motors. If I used my car more it would have manifested earlier. He replaced motor and made a few other modifications to the fittings which he preferred to his standard. Both Steve and Rhys exhibited the highest standard of customer service. I would have given 5 stars but for being ignored by Gary and the fact that an expensive motor failed after 3 months. Thank goodness it has 5 year guarantee.

Great service and a good quality repair by Rhys, the technician who came to the house. Very friendly, clearly explained the pricing options and carried out the repair very quickly.
